Position Summary:
The DTS Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the digital technology organization. This role is a highly analytical, operationally savvy, and organized manager who drives portfolio reporting, financial management, operational rhythm, and cross-team alignment for the Chief Digital Information Officer. The DTS Operations Manager is ideal for someone who excels at operational rigor, data accuracy, process management, and cross-functional coordination.
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end IT (DTS) portfolio reporting process, ensuring visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes, and work closely with Functional DTS leaders to ensure appropriate messaging
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready reporting that highlight delivery health and strategic alignment
  • Partner with DTS platform and functional owners and teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely updates to financial reporting, including project status, time tracking, and resource allocations
  • Organize portfolio governance routines, including quarterly planning, prioritization, and investment reviews
  • Facilitate cross-team discussions on dependency management and cross-functional new demand
  • Work closely with Finance to manage project budgeting, forecasting, overall department budget, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
  • Partner with Finance to reconcile actuals and identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Provide insights that inform resource allocation
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, narratives, and briefing materials for executive audiences
  • Ensure follow-through on decisions, action items, and cross-functional commitments
  • Serve as operations lead for the Chief Digital Information Officer, assisting with planning meetings, meeting cadences with the DTS leadership team, and high-level administrative tasks as needed
 Experience, Education and Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology or equivalent work experience required 
  • 5 or more years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, high level executive support role (business manager, chief of staff, etc.) required
  • Understands software development processes (Agile and Waterfall) and portfolio management fundamentals
  • Demonstrates experience with Excel and foundational accounting skills
  • Possesses experience with ServiceNow or similar tracking platforms
  • Brings creativity and a strong zest for learning
  • Develops and leads cross-functional meetings, including materials development, agenda setting, and logistics coordination
  • Exhibits a high degree of follow-through, agility, and attention to detail
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates across functions
  • Applies process mapping skills
  • Demonstrates advanced Excel expertise
  • Possesses familiarity or experience with ServiceNow
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $104,000 - $156,043

In all instances, the salary paid will satisfy minimum salary laws.
